About
AfP Nepal was established in 2002 by a group of youths and students. AfP Nepal’s key areas of involvement include democracy strengthening, human rights, peace building and conflict transformation with gender mainstreaming and conflict sensitive approach as cross-cutting issues. In 2002, members of AfP Nepal were a group of like-minded students and youths meeting in a coffee shop talking about the spiralling violence in the country when the genesis of establishing an organization came into being. Today, AfP Nepal is established as a matured organisation for the youth, consisting dedicated professionals, student and youth leaders and a larger group of youth committed towards creating a better future for the Nepalese youth.
